The personal data you provide are necessary for: sending information about the services offered by the Data Controller; sending commercial offers of services distributed by the Data Controller; and managing administrative, contractual and pre-contractual data.
They are collected and processed electronically and/or manually in order to: activate and maintain the procedures for performing what you have requested; create and keep a private client archive; and, where consented, carry out profiling activities to send personalised communications or to offer products and services matching the user's consumption habits.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting the website and our communications from misuse. These technical data are used solely for security and to help us process your request, are included only in the internal notification sent to us, and are retained no longer than necessary for those purposes.

Processing Methods & Retention
Processing is carried out in automated and/or manual form, in compliance with Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 on security measures, by specifically appointed persons and in accordance with Article 29 GDPR 2016/679. In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation (Art. 5 GDPR), your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, and in any case no longer than the terms established by tax, labour, social-security and civil-code regulations, plus a further ten years.
Scope of Communication & Disclosure
The data collected will never be disseminated and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, save for necessary communications to public bodies, expressly appointed consultants, or other parties for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties such as: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram); WhatsApp, LLC (WhatsApp Web and Business); Telegram LLC; Google LLC (including Google Analytics, Maps, YouTube, Search, Ads, Calendar, Gmail, reCAPTCHA, etc. — note that Google Fonts is served locally to avoid data collection by Google); 123 Formbuilder S.r.l.; and Aruba S.p.A. group companies. Any use by third parties takes place in full compliance with the principle of fairness and applicable law.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your data will not be transferred either to European Union member states or to third countries outside the European Union.

Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you may provide data qualifying as "special categories of personal data".
