Booking and confirmation of the service
All our services are considered as confirmed only after having received the confirmation email. In this, will be listed the final price, route and/or additional services.
The client, after having received the confirmation email, will accept the price and conditions for the service, unless should cancel the service forwarding a cancellation. If the client should require any personalised adjustment to the service (i.e. Difference time/place for the pick-up and such), it’s mandatory to inform us about it, with a written communication (email, sms or whatsapp), at least 12 hours before the time already indicated.
Booking changes
Changing the service details may require a variation of prices, while the service and vehicle already selected can’t be assured.
Anyway, to our passengers it will be provided the same comfort level.
Booking cancellation policy
If the service is cancelled before 24h from It's beginning the client will be refound of the 100% of the amount payed.
The bank fees will be charged at the client.
If the service is cancelled beyond 24h from It's beginning the client will be charged of the 100% of the cost of the service.
In all cases, the request to cancel a reservation must be received in writing (email, message, whatsapp or other).
Rules applying for the Waiting Service
When concerning services offered for airports, ports or railway stations, the price includes 1h of extra-waiting, with no extra charges, if the delay should occur for some force majeure reasons (flight or train delays, luggage lost or delay, etc.). if the client should fail in communicating us about this, after 1h the driver will leave.
If the driver should wait at a private address of the client residence, the cost includes an extra of 15 minutes wait service, with no additional fee. After 15 minutes, a fee of €40,00/h will be applied. Extra minutes will be calculated rounding up the sum every 30 minutes. If clients should fail in communicating their delay, the driver will leave after 30 minutes.
For any other disposal service, the waiting is calculated €40,00/h. Extra minutes will be calculated rounding up the sum every 30 minutes.
